Hi there!
I’ve just updated my iPhone 3G to the brand new iOS 4 platform.
The iPhone, my Address Book, Apps, Photos and Music are all ok but now, when I try to sync the MacBook Pro and my iPhone I get – nearly at the end – the error showed in the above picture … Any idea on how to solve that?
Thanks
try this way. switch off the kPhone and connect it to the cable (the cable has to be disconnected from the mac) so hold the home button and connect the cable to the mac…hold about 10 sec ’til the screen show the “connect to itunes” screen.
now your mac should recognize a recovery mode kPhone. click on the restore button, cross your finger and wait the end of the process.
if my english don’t let you able to do nothing i’ll be sorry and i’ll try to help you in Italian…
Hi man!
Thanks for your comment!
As I was saying on Twitter this morning I’ve managed to solve the problem. All I did was to follow the instructions on this Apple Support page: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2830
Unfortunately I had to manually try each “content sync option” before finding that Movies were the ones causing problems :-/

[...] bella scocciatura! Ad ogni modo non mi sono scoraggiato e, memore di una passata esperienza, ho provveduto a deselezionare la sincronizzazione di musica, foto, video, podcast e simili. [...]
