WindowsPhone 7, don’t enable https connection over LiveID network

Microsoft fails with https setting

So, in brief, if I want security I can use https connection, but if I have a Windows Mobile device, a Nokia or plan to use MSN Explorer I will not be able to see my datas.

If I say #fail do I do any wrong ???
